I would highly suggest making the middle part of the coat a brighter shade of red as it looks a wee bit dark. Other than the shoulder icons, very well made!

Replace the shoulder badge with the sniper logo then it's a 100%.

I think the dark portion should be lighter. If you look at the BLU variant, its the same color as his paints which doesn't look great. The color should be closer to the original team-color even if just a slight off-color, or at least similar to the workshop icon's color. Paint region seems small enough if its just the shoulder flair.

Im a fan of the design, very cool theme. The only thing I would change is how dark the red color for the center piece is. Im not sure why your workshop icon is very different from your in-game screenshots.
