ALSO I found out if a partisan unit spawns on top of a garrison unit. You can use the capture option when you attack garrisons, that will capture that garrison very quickly. Don't know if that's a game feature or a mod feature, BUT IT WAS FUN TO DO

figuring out a way for conscripts to spawn more frequently after an invasion or for just larger nations and MAYBE just MAYBE because it may be fun, add more proxy civil wars :3. Those two things would make this epic.

LOVED how every state in America isn't its own loyalty and how some loyalties cross the United State Canadian border. I can't remember if Canada starts independent but when I last looked at it was under American control. With Cascadia and Quebec as independent nations. Cascadia also controlled Washington state???
