It only counts the damage you dealt with the heart

@guineatown20806 can't you just pick it up after cleaning the floor? (I never had the chance to fully use this heart since I only really get it when I can't see my health)

There is one thing I don't enjoy about Moonhearts at all: Lets say you are doing a run to Mother, you get a moon heart in one of the first rooms on Mines 2, you do the entire floor ensuring you get max stats from the moon heart. In the end you successfully get to and beat the boss without getting hit. However to get to Mausoleum or Gahenna you need to open the sacrifice door that damages you. Now you have to choose: Will you A go to the normal path and take the moonheart stats and lose all Mother path progress or will you B give up the moonheart and trow away the hard worked future stats you sweated the entire floor not to get hit on for. This choice shouldn't exist. So to the dev of this Mod please make it so that you can't lose a moon heart to the sacrfice door on Mines 2.

Could you do the Better Health style by Fragrent? or is this mod not getting anymore additions

this is something of the "custom health api" more than anything
other mod that cause problems / error is "visible lost health", tho i guess it's mosly visual

something I noticed is that this mod does not work with mantle rework and probably won't work with mods like it

yea so like, the moon hearts dont give me any stats at all, like when i played with it first time it gave it to me when i found a moon heart, but afterwarsd it just doesnt work no more

idk, i need to redone the mod because there is a bug that exiting and continuing a game doesn't give you the moon hearts you grabbed, but is fixed if you play it with the immortal hearts ????

probably is a mod incompatibility, you could made a collection of the mod that are you using and pass the link here or you can pass the mods that may cause the problem

Any chance for minimap api support? On the regular map, they show up as red hearts, but they don't show up at all on minimap api.

The dead sea scrolls menu doesn't load for me. I see errors like this: "ERROR Could not open gfx/ui/deadseascrolls/menu_main.anm2". I don't see the "deadseascrolls" folder included in the mod download at all. This mod also seems to be breaking the dead sea scrolls menu for the encyclopedia mod. I've tried re-downloading a couple different times.

sorry, it all was repleacing the black heart independently of the probability
it should be fix now

I recommend that after leaving and re-entering the room a moon heart spawned in, it should either despawn or turn into a black heart. At this point it's too easy in most cases to simply leave it on the ground until you finish the rest of the floor and then get the free stats up.

Also default chance seems way too high. I even brought it down to 20% and it *still* seems like I'm seeing them way too often. Gonna try 10% next.

This is a lovely addition to the game, but shot speed absolutely needs to not be part of it. it can easily get too high and become a definite downgrade. with C-section, it can actually remove your ability to do damage at all.

i put the settings i want in dead sea scrolls and when i restart a run the settings reset

getting a console error when the game tries to change black hearts to moon hearts. Error at heartScript.lua:174: attempt to perform arithmetic on a nil value (field 'Drop')
