Click it and then start your game. The Map can be found under community maps then.

Yeah it can take a while (I remember waiting there about 10 to 15 minutes sometimes)
You just need to get lucky with someone who also wants to play any custom map.

@eudbriel: Portal 2 has a build-in feature to wait for a random coop-partner.
1) Just subscribe to the map, then start portal 2.
2.) Go to the Community Maps - select cooperative maps
3.) Then select my map and click 'play'
4.) On the bottom of the list there is a button to look for an online-partner
