I've just made my own music pack that replaces boss4 with the original "your last gift'". I made it for myself, but posted to the workshop in case others wanted it as well.

i've considered making an update to this pack for a while, and once 1.4.5 comes out i think i'll publish it! (because i'm like, 99% sure there's going to be a lunatic cultist theme)

although, i've kinda considered changing the music from a remix of 'your last gift' to a remix of 'can't stop won't stop', because it's got a 5 second startup that syncs PERFECTLY with the opening cultist animation and ugh its so good
