It can be used in parallel with eprotect but I would highly discourage you from doing that (1) for performance reasons and (2) Nova Defender has all features (and more) of eprotect.

No, it doesn't matter which version of gmod you are using. I think you set your permissions wrong. Type "nova list" in your server console and check, if you find yourself with the correct steamid under the protected players.

This addon was working a few months ago (could type nova into my client console and it would open). Now I can't? Nova in the server console gives information and I am added as a protected player. Don't even see the "Protected by Nova" banner anymore when I join? 64bit server, could that be why?

I need more information about your server architecture (32 or 64 bit). Where did you put the dll? Are the file permissions set correct? Did you create the module as described in the serversecure installation?

I had this on my server with gluapack and I think because of gluapack, there were tons of errors. I had a similar issue with Cake Anticheat. Is this a known issue?

Yes. This is indeed abnormal movement xD
You may consider disabling this specific detection then.

I have a custom thirdperson system which overrides the camera, additionally there is a camera movement bound to A&D. When I noclip in and out there is a split second of flying where abnormal movement gets detected.

No it is not necessary. It is explained under the "health" tab how to install the serversecure module if you want to.
Otherwise you can safely ignore this message.

It should not create any noticeable conflicts. But as SNTE creates a lot of fake exploits to trick cheaters into using them, Nova will detect those exploits and alert you. But nobody will get falsely banned.

Thank you for the question, I will try to integrate SNTE into Nova so that only one of them detects net exploits at a time :)

Basically Nova provides all functionality that SNTE has, so you could theoretically replace SNTE with Nova. Nova is also more verbose and guide you where it found the exploits/backdoors on your server.
