No, these are only models. But, you can use them in tandem with the "Sit Anywhere" addon to make it work. (You may just have trouble facing forward on some of them, as seen in the preview images on this addon)

Well, I have a lot I'm working on, and I'm especially trying to get some stuff done before the year ends, so you may have a bit of a wait.

Still, if you have Portal 2 installed and mounted, you can spawn the original props and work around trying to use them instead in the meantime.

The Relaxation Vaults consist of many props used together, along with some map geometry. The opening Relaxation Vault seen in my Aperture Takeover map has the exterior shell remade as a custom model, so as to wrap it around the interior room; Portal 2 itself never actually does this, due to some level trickery, and some of the custom map creators who use the vault in their maps either don't make it accurate or connect it with world portals.

So, with all that in mind, at most, I could make the base, unfurnished room as a prop, with the container wrapped around it, and give some of the models used inside new collision meshes, but you'd still have to re-furnish it yourself when using it.

I'm sure there are a few in the beginning of the game, it's more common in the co-op levels.

When I see that swivel chair, I think of that one observation room you pass through just before reaching the ruins of Chamber 03 at the start of Portal 2. Very vivid image in my mind.

Actually though, jeezums, I just checked back there and it's not actually in that map.
I did find some in Act 4, but man, was that some Mandela Effect.

my apologies for the mix-up. You usually see those chairs in the 80's subsection of the Enrichment Center, thus why I dubbed it.

Added. It is now available as an extra skin on the Office Swivel Chair model, which is not the chair specifically marked as being from the 1980s in the filename.

I mean I was hoping you'd actually boot up TSP itself and find an in-game instance of the model, but I guess that suffices in giving me reference.

If you can locate an example of this chair in TSP and post a link to a Steam screenshot in a comment, that would be the most helpful. I don't quite have the time myself to open the game and scour the offices just for a specific chair

Forgive me if I didn't clarify earlier. I'm talking about the beige office chairs, and how they have a grey seat cushion variant.
