All good, its a bit complicated, especially if you want to make it support non-English gamers

Didn't want to accidentally create any possible issues with the NATO tab as I wasn't positive on how to add the units into the NATO faction itself, so I compromised with creating a separate tab instead

Very cool, but don't forget that you can add stuff to existing trees with the dynamic modules system
