Hello, first, thank you for using my mod.
I can give you serveral things to test
1 - Start a new game with mod desactivated (there is a box to check/uncheck when starting a game) quit the the new game and then load the game which was not working
2 - desactivate all mods except more farms and load your game. If it works, add mods one by one to see which mod may alter the more farms mod way of working.
3 - delete the mod in the mod folder to force Urbek to load it again

I hope one of these things will work :)

i have the same issue as the last guy, crops dont spawn even with the barns. At first it works, but I saved and re-entered and it stopped working.

Yeah, thats above my understanding as well, disabled everything and restarted, only added your mod and the two from before, deleted the entire folder, now it works.

I tested it on normal play. Strange your test with the save... I will try some tests again to discover the issue.

Interesting, had it running in a save, worked fine, loaded it after a restart (no changes to mods) and no new fields spawn, but the old ones remain just fine

How do you test your mod? Normal play or Sandbox?

although as a note, manually cleaning out mods leads to subscribbed mods, not being re added, so resubbing is a must do on that, for anyone wondering or having similar issues

Im currently in the process of debuging, my game, some of my files seem to be corrupted, clean install with only this mods works

Hello NoOne_ReaVen, i just test with the exact same configuration (trains, temperate, industrial & urban development mods) and when the differents barns unlock and i place one near farms, they do change into the crops' barn i just placed.
I can't correct as i have not the issue...
If you start a new game with only more farms mod, do you have the problem ?

In my case its with trains in temperate biome, other mods I have are the industrial mod and urban development, the game is telling me I unlock the specific fields but they wont appear any where, they are upgrades for the normal field right? I feel like I need to completelyclean out the urbec directory

Hello, i just start a normal game in temperate biome with only more farms mod activated. I develop my city until i unlock the differents barns and the mod was working fine when i put a barn, farms around change into the good crops.

Could you tell me what is your game config ? (what mod activated, normal or sandbox, trains activated or not, ....) so i can test in the same conditions

Mod not working at present. Farm types do not show up as possible upgrades for stock fields.

Hi, you do the right thing. If you place a barn of a specific crop, fields around should transform into the crops of the barn. Maybe you can try a game with no mod, then only this mod to see if there is no collateral effect do to another mod.

Ooooh, haven't had the chance to look at the new additions yet but the screenshots look wonderful. Makes my ideas for nice farm towns all the better!

A duck pond as a new type of park would be really neat to see. Really quite disappointed by the 'pond' we get in-game.

Would seem quite fitting to my thinking and add some extra fun and variety to things.

Bees were another thought that popped to mind, obviously the bees themselves would be way too small for the game's art, but bee boxes/hives as the fields could be fun, possibly with an apiary upgrade akin to the grape castles

Because i checked the code for green cities and additional 12 storey buildings and it seems there is no collision of any sort (not same names, don't use of modify farms, etc..) So it should work together without issues

I don't understand, i activate green cities and additional 12 storey buildings and like you, farms don't upgrade with barns. I deactivate addtional 12 storey buildings, same issue. I deactivate green cities and all works fine. Logical.
But then i activate addtionnal 12 storey building alone, and farms upgrade with barns. Then i activate also green cities and this time, farms upgrade with barns....
I 'm lost, try to deactivate and reactivate maybe ?

Nice, you are right there is some collateral damage when some others mods are enabled like the 2 you spotted. I don't think i can do something for that.

Yes i can remove the replacement of the original style. In this case, without barns, you will have the standard wheat model if i understand correctly.

I seem to have identified a root cause; either the Green Cities or Additional 12 story buildings mod causes modded neighbourhoods to not work as intended. Disabling them allows the farms to upgrade as they should.

Would it be possible to have fields default to the wheat style and only change model if in the presence of a barn?

The mod doesn't work as intended on my end. The new field types completely replace the standard wheat - the barns do not affect the types of fields that spawn. Fields do not have 'upgrade' options.

It should works with new fields when there is no barn for specific crop as there are just aestethics.

But to manage specific crop, it has to be a specific field and so you're right. For them, all things related to the "standard" fields will not work as they are not "standard" field.

For example, politics related to increase of food output which target fields does not work with the specific new fields. And it is not possible to mod that unfortunately :(

I don't understand, it works well for me.
When you click on the field, do you have the 'upgrade to' section with all the possibilities (corn field, colza field, leeks field, ....)
