Made another small update to improve the headlights and add a hidden color palette, extra colors are hidden throughout the rear

Fixed! There was an issue with the RPM limiter that only affects the automatic transmission (I didn't catch it because I only use manual transmission)
Also went ahead and added mirrors that will function as such when 1.6 releases with raytracing, brick count is still up-to-date thanks to other optimizations
