Should now apply to the Mount as well

is "points of compass" supposed to only apply to the unit, and not the mount variant for astromancers? would be nice if it did. i seem to remember some of your skaven skills applying to both unit and mount variants of doomwheels or flayers or something. or maybe that was in vanilla
