I just tested it and it is working correctly. September 2nd. Unsubscribe from the mod and subscribe again or check if it is active in your mod list or something incompatible with it.

I was going to ask, if there would be a RPD re-texture for the police vehicles. But with twats like me, who uses various vehicle mods; the prospect of such an idea has to be an absolute nightmare.

About the question, if there is a Raccoon City map. There seems to be one project about it.

Sorry, but no. Spongie's Open Jackets utilizies separate textures for the variants of existing clothing. A sub-mod can be (relatively easily) created that fixes this, though!
