Fix please bug with empty hands, when trying switch for another weapon after keys. :missing:

I haven't tested but to my knowledge the owner of the vehicle wipes / changes when the vehicle is deleted or when the owner of the vehicle removes their ownership of the vehicle. I'm not sure if it saves when someone leaves the server.

Hey so I'm thinking of adding this to my server when the main vehicle base on the server is LVS, but I'm wondering if it wipes the vehicles' owners when they leave the server and won't make vehicles useless.

Hey, whenever I own a vehicle the vehicle is no-collided, but then I remove ownership and it has collisions again?
