This is not an issue from the map, this is due to one of the last updates from Valve that automatically bans people if they suicide too much (5 times).

If you are a server owner or you can contact the owner, tell him to add to it's server.cfg this mp_autokick "0" and it will fix the issue, or also you can use this https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=264516&page=2
