报告翻译问题
Two reasons:
if its happening while you are playing her Its because you are holding down the turbo mode input at the start of the match (UP+TAUNT). This is technically not supposed to be there, its a leftover from anglara. I'll remove it from her in the next patch.
If you are fighting the CPU, it is because level 1 Rusalka and Anglara CPU will always be turbo mode. its an easter egg type boss mode. If you want regular CPU battles against her its recommended you just stick to level 9
