I am working on another map now, and I thought about having antlion guards in the previous maps but they are too big, even in the more open maps like this one they cant get into smaller areas like buildings

This series of maps just keeps getting better. Maybe antlion guards could be added as a spawn choice, in the next map or as an update to the previous maps.

but there is? theres a whole area, even concrete barriers for protection, and the NPC spawns

bcuz theres nothing outside the walls

update:

i found out it wasn't cs:s fault but one of my addons which i since removed, but a new issue thats come up, why are all the four big entrances to the outer base all blocked by an invisible wall that literally everything except me can go through without noclipping

its not a mod from the steam workshop, you download it off the website, extract it and put the folder into your gmod mod folder yourself

its the css game content from {链接已删除}gmodcontent.com, the counter strike source game content european download, i use it to play dark rp but i believe its the cause of the weird ground texture of the map

can you link the content? I tried a few mods but it hasnt happen

Hey, love the map, im always using it for any big npc battles and i love how the npcs themselves use the map, however, i downloaded css game content from gmod the other day and ever since, the floor (not inside buildings, only the outside like soil) have all been converted to one big cross made of orange and black stripes, id add a picture but steam doesn't let me. If you know how, please help me fix it.

I updated fixing the truck's missing textures
and the Antlion Workers appear fine for me so idk about that

I'm having a similar problem with missing textures on the map. However, the antlion worker spawner is also not functioning properly. Whenever it tries to spawn an antlion worker, it just spawns an error model instead.
I have made sure that I have HL2: EP2 installed and mounted, as well as having no other addons enabled when running the map, but it doesn't fix the problem.

You said HL2: EP2 is required, right? But why there's a missing texture behind the pickup car

Very good work on the NPC nodes, you used hint nodes and air nodes as well. The area outside the base could be more interesting, but otherwise this is a great map for NPC fights

install the games then launch gmod and press the controller button on the bottom right of the main menu

how do you mount half life ep 1 and 2 on to gmod

if you have anything that alters npcs or ai nodes that could be affecting it

NPCs aren't moving at all when using the spawner. Also NPCs spawned from the spawn menu aren't moving as well. Might be an addon I'm using, but I thought to let you know
