Is there a way to just edit the day/night cycle times?

The 24 hour days are awesome, however the system ignores the Journey Mode controls such as time freezing. And maybe there can also be a way to sync it or make the time jump to your real world time. I know that would be too much like Real Time Synchronisation mod. I was suggesting instead of synchronization there can be a control button to make the time jump to your current time without being just another synchronization.

i would love for this to use the computer's internal clock to match up with the in game clock as a config option, and have anything that changes the time of day switch it from AM to PM and vice versa :3

maybe make the mod configurable? Like setting the days to 1 or 2 hours, etc?

I guess people with this mod who still die to night-time bosses to daytime enragement must suck a ton with 9 hours of night-time

Or maybe that's a me problem, I have a mod that speed ups time more when sleeping, maybe the 2 together act weird.

@coffe009 I like the mod a lot, I prefer this to the real-time mod, but the thing I dislike is that there's no way to skip nights, I got a blood moon and tried to sleep to speed up the night, and I not even a minute passed. Besides that the mod is really nice for a playthrough and does exactly what it says it does, so I don't have any complaints besides that one.

Well I can't believe what I initially made as a joke mod ended up already getting it stars. Anyone who's played this for awhile already, what do you enjoy and dislike about it?

I would assume they last the entire duration, all this mod does under the hood is dilate the time

What about the solar or lunar events?

The seasonal halloween and christmas event rely on your systems time so i assume it would be possible to make the time synced to real life time. cause that would make this a lot funner when playing single player.

Can you make a whole day take 40 mins? 20 minutes of Day and 20 mins of Night?

I hate how fast Terraria days are especially when i got to fight a boss a night.

I think that maybe it'd be interesting to make time go by 300 times faster when in bed instead of 5 times faster (because things are 60 times slower, and 5 times 60 is 300)
