是这样的
一、订阅该mod，进入游戏，把该mod打上√，确认后进入游戏。。稍等一会儿游戏会自动关闭
二、再次进入游戏，到mod列表出即可按 ↑ 或 ↓，排列mod
三、排列结束后，确认进入游戏前，将该mod的√取消掉就可以了

@ACHOST If I subscribe to your mod, change the order of my mods (via your mod's functionality), and then activate only my mods, the ModContentManager.Instance.GetAllMods() method will return an emptyList.

My mods are the problem because ModContentManager.Instance.GetAllMods() is returning an empty List when I apply your mods. Can you check this bug?

现在shift置顶的同时会进行交换位置,可以将逻辑改为置顶后其他mod层级逐个递增直至修改单位的层级,或者增加新功能键而不是修改shift
