Im tired of having a top hat just for demo. well I there are 2 other top hats in the game thich you would have to do for achievements and there is that scarf top hat that isnt verry good to me(no effence to anybody that likes that hat) so this is why I want this in the game please valve do this for us!

I would rather have the Scotsman stovepipe be all class no offense. There are too many hats right now that are too similar to each other and are basically 2 versions of the same thing.

Cool, but we already have the Scotsman Stovepipe with virtually the exact same design minus the bow and it being class exclusive. So if that were to become all-class, this would have quite the competition for getting in for the rest of it's life.

=am i the only person that wants a good tophat in the game, but doesnt want a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ scarf around it or a bunch of snow? thats the first thing that came to my mind when i saw this hat. very well made, looks nice, great positioning, love the paint styles, and overall a great item.

Look's good. I love top hat's and i think this would look good. Only problem is. They already have 3 or even more top hats in the game. Dont get me wrong. i freaking LOVE it. and i want it in game. so i hope they add it.
