Hey that did it! Shame that though, I really like that character. Now to figure out the next mod causing the crash lol.

@xXvDragonRangervXx use RPFM (Rusted Pack File Manager) to open the mod. As it is an already merging of two mods, they have separate files. Simply delete everything anarsis. If you need help, shoot me a friend request and message once I accept even it says I am offline; I am ALWAYS online.

@danielskipp Anarsis' script has been bugged since the original maker kept up with it. The only way I have been able to use Araveena was to strip out Anarsis.

@HazardHawk not true, it was working for me [with 200+ mods!] right up to just now with latest patch... now it's bugging out over anarsis' soulstealer abiliity.

@Orion07 hasnt worked for a year

Hello, I encountered two problems: first, Medusa on the big map does not show her actions and name, she just drifts on the surface. Second, the lord's model will be lost, I don't know why. I hope this MOD can be updated.

Crashes the game in version 6.10. Worked OK before that.

It all depends on load order because the script still works fine as is when playing on its own or a few faction mods. It worked when I last played and the pack file was fine the last I updated it. I'm not sure what to tell you guys. I even fixed the immortal issue since they changed the dB entries in the base game.

The error everyone is getting is simply a scripting collision. Spent a month attempting to work through it to find the specific detail and no such luck. The more scripted mods you have, the more will have errors while using this mod as it is, including this errors in this mod itself.

Of my hosted mods, two very simple scripts which there should be no way for anything to interfere, this mod breaks. Do not know if the Asian (sorry, dont know the characters for his name offhand) hosting Force Diplomacy managed to work around it in the mod version he maintains. But if you happen to be using the original versions, THIS mod breaks those. This is true for dozens of commonly used mods.

This mod works OK for me, and I have several other mods that alter or add to the Dark Elves. If you are having problems with Anarsis not showing up or anything else, it's probably a load order issue or mod incompatibility.

Alternatively if the "Legend Medusa_Anarsis" command doesn't work, or if Anarsis mysteriously disappears for you as she did me, here is something else you can use:

agent dignitary medusa_anarsis

^ Worked for me.

Steps for if you're playing as a Dark Elf faction yet want the Medusa

1. Download the Console Commands Mod.

2. Enter game

3. Select the lord or region you want her to spawn at.

4. The Console Command button will add a new icon top left, click it and you'll see a small box.

5. Click the box and enter "Legend medusa_anarsis" without quotations.

6. Basically done. As for recruiting the lord, use "Spawn Araveena_foot" (Havent personally tested that one myself thou)

hey thanks so much for keepin this updated. idk why these two feel so integral to my campaigns, but having someone Real holding the frozen city is jsut really cool to me lol

Make sure the mod manager is actually downloading the new version. it might show a green check mark, but often does not actually download the file. Unsubscribe and resubscribe until it starts a download. if you still have problems, it's not this mod.

Works for me in 6.0. I have a whole bunch of dark elf and other mods, and this one definitely works. Also works with Recruit Defeated Legendary Lords. Araveena will appear as recruitable for other dark elf factions if Deadwood Sentinels are destroyed. Proven in-game.

Fixed

this causes game to crash even after update. Crashes on start up. Says it's to do with araveena_innate_duelist11wh_dlc08_effect_grant_immortality_lord in tablecharacter_skill_level_to_effects_junction_tables and pack file Araveena_updated.pack

As for an update, I can try looking at some fixes where I can by this weekend. She needs a new script for her start.

Folks you gotta understand that project can be put on hold because we have other priorities to get to and we don't feel like getting to these items.

I have the perms to keep this mod alive because I know what I'm doing, but that doesn't mean you can go taking this mod without my perms or Jill's perms. If you're making a mod with something from this mod without Jill's permission, you're disrespecting their work so please, if an update happens, it will eventually.

Needs updates. Anarsis 3D porthole needs to be centered properly. Anarsis' hand holding the weapon needs to grip it correctly. Dark Elf tutorial needs to show when you press ESC. Event describing faction traits needs to be put in the faction overview flag in the top right corner. Both Anarsis and Araveena are insanely powerful due to OP traits.

This is one of my fav. mods.

Have not checked this mod as it breaks other mods as written. Started working on separating the two characters last week and then got busy. Jill has not been active and Luminous hasnt said anything about repairing.

Guessing good place and time to leave a message asking.
