Mod is working for me too, both single player and non-ded server. Thanks for the reupload!

Mod works, I have only tested it with a Revolver, but I guess it'll work with other guns as well!

I will test this and edit my comment if it works. I, too, would like to know why the original mod just disappeared. I thought something was weird when it just stopped working out of nowhere.
