But by referencing only author name I couldn't find the original mod...
I found it totaly by accident while checking if Hung mod might exist under other name (Scourge of Steppes). I checked for "scourge" key world and stumbled here.

Could you make a version that is less op love everything about the mod but its like playing on easy mode

This mod adds an awesome lord that the player can recruit as any faction. She has a lot of unique magic and abilities. Highly recommended!
