hey karu, I still really love flo, but I'm having a lot of trouble with the cone changes. I feel like it's so hard to keep them up that I get punished for setting them up now. of course it's probably a skill issue! I don't think I know better than anyone else or anything, I just didn't feel like cones were such strong stage control that they needed this, and I'm having a bit less fun now. if the change is definitely sticking, maybe grinding could replenish them a bit more?

yes! it even has different sprites if you use it after initial dash

Something me and my friends keep theorizing and I'm curious to know is true or not: Does Flo's dash attack send further the more momentum they have?

I love this character so much! Easily a strong contender for winning the competition. I do wish side special had some synergy with Flo's gimmick though. Like, maybe you can cancel it into a grind, or it pops up spinning cones caught in its path enabling them to do damage again and/or allowing them to land on rails and grind up them.

I have to say it again though, this character is so great an well made! Thank you for making them!

I really admire the way flo manages to have light stage control and movement, combined into one mechanic, with counterplay for each but not so much that either one feels useless. nspecial is slow and parrybait but it's nasty on a hit; zipping around is fun and disorienting but it can get stuffed out with one read or a big hitbox, unless you're really reading your opponent. the initial period that the cones can be hit is really smart, too, it makes it feel earned to get things set up. none of that is even mentioning the fun normals. I love this damn character and I want to play them in rivals 2.

Instantly became one of my mains, the movement their rails give them is really one of a kind and I have the highest possible hopes for them coming to Rivals 2.

easily my favorite rivals character fantastic job, only thing I would suggest is to maybe strengthen the lore a bit to make sure you get all 5 points, and maybe make the visuals even better (if that's even possible) to get all 5 on that too, if you're allowed to change things for the competition still that is. Zero complaints on the actual gameplay, it's a ton of fun

This character is super sick, only complaint is that they aren't a giraffe.

Glad Flo has a custom AI that's pretty challenging (but not outright breaking the rules). Only a few workshop characters come to mind that meet that criteria.

I think the ai is pretty fair, Gindor. Flo's supposedto be an "aggressive speedster" so I feel that the level 9 cpu is pretty fair. Didn't really get a death where I was like "Well that was cheap." Not trying to be rude, just giving my input on the AI.

BIRD UP!

Absolutely sick character. AI is overtuned. Will effectively parry at all levels, fights as powerfully as a lvl7 at least, and lvl9 is almost TAS speed.

I love flo, I LOVE flo. what an incredible banger character. I don't have the gamer apm to actually be good with them but I'm having so much fun that I just do not care and will not switch. that's how you know, yknow?

I'm not removing FSpec pratfall

Like the other dude said, base roster quality character.

Feels great and the jab change is appreciated. Now if you could implement that Side special change, Flo would feel perfect. Or make it so pratfall doesn't happen if you use f-special while grounded.

WHEN I WAS PLAYING THIS CHARACTER IT FELT LIKE A REAL ROA CHARACTER no but like seriously characters like wes feel like GIMMICKS but flo... 👍this is the character i want in rivals 2 no doubt!
