Sorta, if i were going for 1:1 realism the planes could enter flatspins if you pulled the stick too hard.
However, i didn't do this because it seemed too far a leap to take, I wanted an in-between of realism with simplicity.

I'm glad. It is worth saying that you are probably the best who makes planes for this version (on which the planes are not playable). but my question is: should airplanes have such controllability?

Yeah, but the sound of them have a limited range, i.e. they are louder, but they won't be heard from further distances.
