deadass the only downside of this character is that most the AoE moves are 5 frames so you can easily predict them and parry.

For whatever reason this character unlocks my full brain power (5 brain cells). I bounce around characters (I suck shit at all of them) but I've never lost with Zoro (Because he's overpowered), had one person refer to me as "someone with literal observation haki" (This character's moves require no predictions because just about every move hits in 5 or less frames 9/10 times). Great Mod! (Thanks for giving me a crutch). The future World's Greatest Swordsman would approve! (Don't think Zoro would approve of using a skilless ability over actually getting good)

this is NOT balanced. 3 frames max 5 frames for literally every attack. it doesnt matter if the enemy blocks, parrys or dodges. zoro can follow up without being punished
