For those who still search for language settings right click her right most menu and bottom option from drop down after clicking it settings will display on the middle of screen and there you have language as 3 option in the new window

So I installed this, everything is still japanese and I have still no idea what to click to get anywhere. The problem with your guide is that you assume everyone speaking japanese to enter the correct menus. You really need to add a picture by picture to guide us non-japanese speakers to the options and settings else we can not even use your mod and with that will delete it again.
