I got caught up in the sequel after posting this question, so I checked it very late
I did as you said, and the mod worked very well.
Also, thanks to you, I was able to use other skin mods that were causing errors.

I'll use it well
From what I heard, it happens because we're in a different regions. Downloading skins from the same region works as intended but for the different region you have to tweak the files a little to fix the synthaxing "errors" so to say. I've had that exact problem you describing with some mods earlier and tweaking the files fixed this issue for me.
