Hello, someday I will update it for the B42, but right now I can't because that build doesn't work on my computer. I plan to update it to an improved version because I had no idea that this mod I made in two days would be so loved.

Character's voice not working properly in b42, but everything else seems to work fine!

Still works for B42. just have to fully drag and drop the media folder into the game's files.

Couldnt seem to get it to work, when i removed the vanilla .bank file it crashes on load.

you should have saved a backup to replace it later, but now you just have to delete the ZomboidMusic.bank files and hit “check game files” in steam.

how do i deactivate it for vanilla music?

It helps if you turn the music option to legacy in the game menu.

itd honestly make the mod a 10/10 for me if it got fixed. take your time though haha

it's hard to know when a music is playing, some of them sounded really epic and i thought to myself “sure it's playing when fighting with the horde” but it turns out that it's playing when you're chillin'. when the vacations come in my country i'll fix it.

such a good mod other than the fact that it plays combat music while doing nothing

Mate (-_o), you don't need to activate it in the game, you have to find wich HD your zomboid is, then follow the steps

Hwy wan is the music supposed to be based on the in game danger level? bc sometimes when im chilling it will just switch to combat music from calm relaxing music. and sometimes when Im in combat I get the chill music.

but i see whats the problem, the songs have to end at the same time as PZ's, so its pretty difficult to splice them yeah, sounds like it would be incredibly tedious to make

well i mean if youre only using season 1 music yeah, im sure if you incorporate from all seasons you could make more in themed music for the moments in game, its only the calm music that gets in the way honestly the combat music fits pretty well. there was this one time i was starting out and all i had was a meat clever, and the song from Lee going through the hordes started playing, it was pretty cool. but anyway take your time man no rush

many people complain about the continuity of the music, someday I will fix it but for the moment I have no plans, it is quite difficult to coordinate twd music with pz music because there is very little twd material and in pz there are more than 150 songs and twd 40 at least season 1.

ok so ive been using this mod for a while, and it seems to calm music isnt really all that calm most of the time, it seems to be spliced between action portions and calm portions, its not all the same track, im not sure if this is intencional or not, however i can tell it seems to happen in the same portions of the song, so its not dynamic. anyway you can fix it?

Just FYI, make a backup of the vanilla ZomboidMusic.bank (in ..\Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\media\sound\banks\Desktop), so if you don't like this music you can restore your original PZ music.

I wish mods could add the sad Walking Dead track (The track that plays with Lee's moments) where it plays before your about to naturally succumb to the infection. It hit hard.

I've always liked PZ's soundtrack but TWD's soundtrack just sounds so good, The soundtrack fits very well within PZ in my opinion, Thank you for this mod
