I use More Lifestyles with RiE and it works perfectly fine without the patch, i still have the patch on PoD but it doesn't affect much as far as i'm aware
TLDR of my testing: the patch screws up the GUI window by overriding it whereas the base More Lifestyles Mod is integrated.

In fact; just to ensure that it was this and not another mod I disabled all mods in the playset but this mod, More Lifestyles, and PoD
The only downside would be that the progress bar for the XP of lifestyles added by other mods won't be visible. Is that issue relevant or important enough to continue maintaining these patches? On the plus side, not having this patch means one less mod cluttering your playlist.
