Does Stealth mean it cant be targeted for card effects, yugioh-style, in addition to attacks?

Does anyone know what the cards "Evoka Nanashi" and it's related card "Her" are referencing? I can't find anything on them anywhere and I'm really curious.

Other questions: Where is the "The Hunger" card? I searched for it and couldn't find it in any of the decks, but it's referenced in another card.
What card gives you the Seeking Mr Eatens Name rulesheet initially? I know Saint Destins can give a player it, but you need one person to have the rulesheet already for that.

when you draw a phenomenon, it immediately goes into play until another is drawn, only one can be active at a time

at the start of your turn, any cards on your field with doom take damage equal to their doom, then lose all of their doom

a LOT of the viewer cards are really experimental and gimmicky and unbalanced - for first timers i'd personally recommend a pure vanilla game, but you can sift through the viewer decks and look for anything you think would be funny

you'll want to curate the cards you wanna play with from here by dragging em from the decks and dropping them into an in-game bag object. then you can right click that and click "save object", and import that into your base save

How do you "install" these decks into your base game? Like do I just drag the files into the maingame or?
