You'd have to edit the 3d models, not only the skins. It may work as some total conversion mod (server side enabled) but won't work for many normal servers. That's because swapping some of the files is disabled to prevent hacking.

Thats fine. Thanks for answering me and letting me know thats not a crazy idea. One more thing is there anyway to put suites as the clothing the security wear?

That's doable. Unfortunately I don't find time to work on any mods right now.

Works for me. Try uninstalling both mods, then install the skins first and the hands second. It's always messy with those things, since both mods edit the same files.

Doesn't work w/ "Veteran Insurgent Skins v3" D:
It makes the Insurgent's arms & hands non-existent

What can I say, I got bored ;) Actually, I'm glad you asked for it. Working on it was pretty fun, because I had learn a few things come up with some workarounds.
