every time you shoot them in the head it plays the death sound, even if the reagdoll is already dead when you shoot it

@ThatOldFamiliarFeeling when they die and they're already dead (not doing any sounds dead) and you shoot them with defaul reasfx, so it might just be incase you headshot the combine before the sound ends but it still will play post-mortem shooting them
