Because more or less this is supposed to be a near preservation of the original model (besides vmt fixes) since its VERY hard to find it as originally released, the NG addon ive already compressed as good as that can go, including the hazmat textures, its generally a more efficient package.

Textures in this addon are uncompressed unlike that one anyway, as the model was mainly made for posing.

For the author's sakes, anyone who wants this to be an NPC and PMC, go to his National Guard addon.
