ddok1994's Original Hazmat Soldier.

A reupload of ddoks1994's old hazmat soldier model, (almost) completely untouched in its original format, with uncompressed textures and the like.

This already was on the workshop, however, when i was looking for ddoks original textures for the NG addon, i found that he uploaded it only to the facepunch forums (which no longer exists), bar one user re-upping to the workshop in 2015, why am i uploading them again then? because that upload in question contains a malicious line of lua code that basically adds a console command that gives the person who executes it server admin on servers with both that addon and ULX installed (on a addon that has been around since 2015 to reiterate), so i just simply removed the bad lua file in question and here we are, mainly incase that addon gets reported, taken down, and then the original model and textures will be super difficult to find.

i wont be modifying this for anything since i already have it in my National Guard addon
