Alrighty! The mod mystically works now! I have no clue what did it, but uuhhh...it works! Now there is no need to rebuild ur sound cache, have fun ;) Remember to use the in game addons selector, it didn't work before for me but it did now. If you manually put it into your load order via the addons list it won't work, odd.

Oh geeze i forgot the most important part, this isn't needed for the funny dance mod to function, it is just extra icing on the cake. Plus you likely will have to rebuild the audio cache after installation or installation of said sounds every time. So unless you are really needing that little cowbell noise, don't worry about it man.

For anyone who can't get this to work, most sound mods require you to use GFCscape to open the file and manually replace it in the game files. It's pretty easy to do, just research gfc scape, get it, drag the vpk file into it and extract from the file tree into the corresponding file. Remember to make a backup too. Cheers.
