Actually smoker does work but what I meant was , when he grabs you and there is a enemy between you and him you can not escape. If he pulls you to him succesfully it works but if there is something blocking it , you cant escape. If you make escaping while being pulled possible the problem will be gone. Or you can make him drop you after like 5-10 seconds of failed capturing.
