As someone that never knew this existed I must say that at first I thought what a weird looking building, then after looking at it from ground level I started to understand the looks more. From the ground it looks like a school and the roofs make more sense, from the air though it's one strange view.

I opened this asset thinking "huh, this looks a lot like Rockridge!" Love seeing Vancouver locations recreated in Cities, thank you!!!
