Never mind, I was using it incorrectly lol
It seems it's not only a limiter, but an enforcer as well
If lower than 60 fps, it makes the game slower, which kind defeats the point
Still, I can have some joy of using around 40 fps, somewhat I good trade

Sure, but expect odd things to happen if the game runs at more than 60 fps
