hi!, this mod works on an existing save??

had one issue when i quit my server while inside the military vw van, after that my server would fail to launch. thankfully i'd basically just started as i play on a server solo, but something to be aware of. otherwise it's a great mod

@Grogov and every one else wondering about the off-road tires. I went into debug mode and checked out the variations of these VW Vans. The only variation that can actually use the off-road tires is the Apocalypse version. In fact it can only use off-road tires and not the regular VW tires.

So

Version = 63 Typer2Van = VW Type 1 Tire (only)
Version = 63 Typer2VanHippie = VW Type 1 Tire (only)
Version = 63 Typer2VanMilitary = VW Type 1 Tire (only)

Version = 63 Typer2VanApocalypse = VW Type 2 Reinforced Offroad Tire (only)

Hi. Awesome mod! What's the trick to installing off-road tires? I made them, but can't install them. Do you need a special tool or something?

@People Asking For Beds & Ovens & Whatnot - you don't have to be a modder to add these things to KI5's vehicles yourself. TsarsLib has the templates for all this stuff already, and you can simply add a templates to the 63Type2Van.txt or 63Type2VanApocalypse.txt yourself. Making installable components is more tricky, but simply adding "template = Ovens/part/OvenMiddleLeft," to the file will add an oven to the center-left seat of the van. You can do this with all the seats. Just be aware the apocalypse van has no middle seats, so if you want an oven or fridge or something you'll need to select a template that references the correct seat. But it's really simply to figure out and do yourself. I now have a fridge, oven, mattress and medicine cabinet in my VW.

How do I get the recipe for the reinforced type 2 tires?

@suavedoggo For a small interior go to C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\2822286426\mods\RV_Interior\media\lua\server\ , open up TrailerSemiServerDeal and add "Base.63Type2VanHippie" and "Base.63Type2VanApocalypse" to the list of vehicles sharing that interior. The vans will now have 2x2 interior accessible internally.

Or use a different file if you want a different interior; nothing stops you putting a luxury yacht interior on your combi-van.

I think it would be a really cool addition to include non-military truck variants however it’s not my decision on what you add

For the off road tires you need regular tire type for heavy duty. I've mostly found them inside car shops or in random boxes.

I have the same question. Are off-road tires made of standard tires?

Is this a mistake in the description? From what I can tell, the stock and hippy variants have 6 seats, the apocalypse version has 4 seats (I find that a little weird since it has the same interior as the 6 seater), and only the military truck version has 2.
