With this mod, Heavy Charge Strike retains its ability to remove Defense Mode from units with Charge Resistance, so you should still be able to flank them!

Sorry if the description was a bit confusing, I've made it more clear now!

I realized this mod means you can not flank units with charge resistence. So I suggest to combine this mod with another mod "defense mod does not extend zone of control"
