odd request for a district style but... mind doing one thats basically what if my hometown of phoenix arizona was kept by the spanish, alongside the rest of their colonies in the new world?

Hi, this is a wonderful map for me to develop a main city on, great work to ya'll!
I have 1 question though, are all the mods on the list still compatible? I've recently come back to the game after a few years away, and I've had to remove a lot of them, so I now have only a handful of the mods listed.
