But I do like it. I think some people may have concerns about being confusing (since the Medi Gun can have War Paints, which some are green-ish), but, I don't think it personally. It's quite noticeable how it's floating around, and even with the other paints applied, it doesn't really look like it's an actual Medic healing (plus, the lack of a particle effect going through the patient).
Other "dead floating items" were Halloween restricted, so maybe this one could be too, but regardless, I don't think it would be a problem even if it wasn't restricted. For me, it doesn't look confusing.
Anyway sorry for the rambling. It's a nice cosmetic.
