1. All uniform skins stopped working since the highway dlc came out. It’s an Astragon issue.
2. Badges are modelled. Nothing we can do to remove the badges

And by the way state troopers don't wear badges in New York

Unfortunately modding i.e creating or modifying in game models is not possible. We are only able to create textures for the existing game models. Sorry

Are you able to make campaign style hats or is that not a thing as part of modding?
