This is really cool to me. I actually found out about TF2, mostly because of Atsuover and seeing as she's a relatively small content creator, it makes me so happy to see her getting content and references in media other than FNF. The design looks awesome in my opinion, glad to see it!

External references are a definite grey area in TF2, however I think referencing something like a content creator or even just real-life people is inappropriate for the game as it's something that can age very poorly in the long run.

References fit best when they're twisted to fit into TF2's universe and not just shoved into the game as they are, the recent Mechanized Monster warpaint is a pretty decent example of this. It's a cute reference for people who know, and a fine looking warpaint for people who don't.

There's nothing wrong with referencing something, even if it doesn't fit tf2 at all as long as if the execution changes the referenced idea enough to the point that it fits into tf2's style. I do think the sticker goes a little too far and the alt version is definitely a huge improvement due to the fact it's not blatantly taking something external to tf2 and slapping it in.

I think it's inappropriate to reference internet celebrities in TF2, especially those who have no tie to the game whatsoever. Referencing a random twitch streamer who was in grade school when TF2 released doesn't mesh with a stylized game that takes place in the 60's-70's, no matter how good the warpaint looks.

I don't get the reference. Could definitely use some in-game shots, and I think it's a little odd that you changed the white to a light blue for the blu version, but aside from that it looks neat.
