That's right, I had forgotten the config mod, I feel stupid

it has to be while in the game, theres no way to set everything to Unique Coins in one press so you have to manually select every beggar you want having Unique Coins as their animation

Press C, it will open up a menu, look for "Vee's Beggars" and press "Settings" and it will open a list with all the beggars, every beggar that has coins as their currency have an option for Unique Coins animations

FIRST install your mod and then the mod of Unique Coins but nothing, with the Beggars I load the base currency.

that sounds really specific and i wouldnt really know how to fix that, since all i did was change animations and sprites

Could you maybe test something for me. Have unique coins and the beggars plus planeterium chance only for mods. Start a normal game, get coins and interact with a dono or reroll machine in shop, quit then start a greed game and reset until you find a beggar( i usually go devil beggar) and use it until a drop. At this point the beggar usually freezes up for me, idk why its happening but using unique coin and beggar only works fine but not with planeterium chance in it.

its probably time machine, i never tested it with it

good mod but recently I found a bug where the beggars freezes up when it looks like it was about to give a drop, idk if it's because of the time machine mod

Will you do the item beggar from the Item Beggar mod next? The Item Beggar looks like Apollyon and the beggar trades items for items

i lied it is hard to include lol, i gotta make even more sprites, and fix their animations cause epiphany animators made their animations a little weird, i assume to save space idk

well the turning to gold stuff is part of tarnished keeper's mechanics, if he touches a beggar they just turn into gold statues and can be bombed for pickups

for example for angel beggar i had to check their spawn spots, that they refuse to take away health if it would kill you, and that when you pay them they use a chalice to collect the stuff
or with retribution i had to check with a few people if there is stuff that goes unused like the trinket beggar, that one was probably used in development of tainted mammon but got scrapped and reused for the curse beggar
just takes a bit of time but its interesting to learn about them

im currently installing a bunch of the mod requests to test mechanics, part of working on this mod is knowing about all the extra mechanics and how i would make them make sense for my beggars

idk what that means, i havent tried epiphany yet so i dont know the mechanics

currently on the list theres epiphany, tainted treasures, sheriff, red baby, arachna, and andromeda

the mod is not finished, i plan to add stuff in the future but i got a lot in my plate at the moment, sorry for the radio silence

will this ever get unique coins support or is the mod finished

Really love your mod but the Dead Sea Scroll definitely doesn't work as it should, and while it doesn't stop me from using this mod, it's kinda upsetting especially concerning the settings problems I encounter :
- When I open it, it only shows "Resume Game" and "Change Settings"
- I tried scrolling up/down, there isn't any other option
- When I change settings, every time I quit the game it seems to reset them. I have to change them again every time.
- I tried it with and without other mods, it's not an incompatibility problem !
- My game is up to date, with every DLC.

I only added key master for the first release, not every beggar will have customizables

I think you either have to scroll down or its conflicting with something else

Very awesome and charming, but any chance of compatibility with unique coins? I was messing around with the files and it didn't seem too hard to implement. Reason I couldn't quite get it to work was due to the unique sprite structure of this mod, meaning the anim files were buggy to say the least.

Yea I imagine modded beggars will take a while. Theres quite a few popular/big mods that add beggars. Fiend folio, retribution, repentance +, along with a few character mods like Arachna and Andromeda
