can we config if we want something to show up or not? like hide the boredom bar, etc.

No, you can't. However, Excrementum has built-in display bars similar to Minimal Display Bars', maybe thats what you are looking for.

Yes, That's intended. If you would like to assign new colors, you can change the values in line:1195 for urination and line:1158 for defecation in the mod file: media/lua/client/Minimal Display Bars (A).lua
