thats because you need the DV points, you can make them but you can also download dv points from other addons and then just click restore waypoints after you download their DV node mod. I even have some DV nodes myself you can download.

So yes I do but it only works in Gm_BigCity for some reason

I realized that i didint install l4d2 car mod

check if the DV addon option is on, on the background NPCs settings. also check if there is a DV waypoint on the map

I figured out how to fix the cars not working just uninstall randy's extra functions they still work without it

yes but this is happening to every car no matter which mod and on every map i tried everything :(

its a background npcs bug, nothing i can do. the best you can do is drive away for them to respawn or just delete the empty vehicle by holding c and removing it, or the toolgun.

please help cars are spawning but npc are on them not in them and just not driving
