Doesn't really make sense to me. His body was consumed by his own hunger. All that was left was his mask and long ahh robe, held together by pure hatred. He could basically be considered a force ghost. But he's still.. there

Nihilus came from KotOR2, not tOR. Get your fax straight. There is a difference. Nihilus died in KotOR2.
