I don't see why this cosmetic would get restricted anyway, ofc I agree that a lot of the insane ones should be restricted, but this is just a super solid set that I can see working all year round, definitely my #1 thing that I hope gets into the game at the moment

@Gonk submissions marked for Halloween mean that they're intended to be added to Scream Fort updates, making it easier for when the TF team look for what content to add.

Holiday-restricted items, on the other hand, is a choice that's purely made by Valve and that workshoppers have no say in the matter; sometimes, Workshoppers would add a developer note for the more overzealous items that clearly wouldn't work all-year 'round, but it's very rare that Valve reads them nowadays.

I'm quite new to fully getting into TF2 so I'm not sure if the Halloween tag means it's a Halloween season only item or an item that's just for the halloween update in general but god I hope it isn't Halloween-restricted, this and the chest piece that goes with it are perfect, really great job!
