The UB liveries for the H4 (as well as the ones for the D27M) were temporarily hidden at the request of the organizers of the Utah Belt project as a result of some of the mod theft that was going on a few months ago. They will be re-published once the Utah Belt project itself is fully released (currently planned for sometime in June, I believe).

As I have told you I believe twice now Max, I am not going to be converting any models from GTA5 or any other games, both because I have extremely limited time available and because those models were made by other people for a different game, who have NOT given me permission to do anything with them.

Additionally, I am not taking requests for new models, liveries, etc. for the aforementioned reason regarding time.

Both because (like I said last time) I'm very busy right now with college so I'm not doing any requests, and because I don't even remotely have permission from the creators of that mod (for a different game, which adds like four more layers of complexity) so it would also be some flavor of copyright infringement for me to do so.
